Created in 1960, CR&F Grape marc brandy is the result of pressing over a period of 8 to 15 days, followed by distillation of the marc by a direct steam system in copper columns. But it is ageing for up to two years in old Port Wine casks that lends it its distinctive character and its elegant, velvety flavour.
